Create Goals You Can Actually Achieve Because You Are Extraordinarily Aligned
What if you could get so completely aligned that reaching your goals felt like divine intervention - things just seem to fall into place?
We are often thwarted in reaching certain goals that we set for ourselves. Time and time again, we go back to the drawing board and try again. Or worse, we give up on the goal. Even worse, we give up on our ability to achieve it. Sometimes we give up on ourselves completely. That’s the worst of all worsts.
Here’s an example of why that happens. We have a goal we set for ourselves. And then surrounding that goal, we have all the different desires and needs pulling in opposite directions.
The results of this are disastrous. Time and time again, we fail to reach a goal we set for ourselves and, eventually, we give up on something.
The only way to reach a goal when we have conflicting desires is to lock those desires in a vault and forget the combination.
You sacrifice a part of yourself when you do this. You forget those aspects of you and then, they run the show subconsciously in the background. And you can’t quite figure out why you feel like your life isn’t right.
What if you got all your parts to line up together? Kind of like dogs pulling you on a dog sled. Every part is headed in the same direction, pulling you toward your goal.
Richard C. Schwartz, the founder of Internal Family Systems (IFS), introduced the idea that our minds are composed of distinct parts, each with its own feelings, needs, and roles. These parts often interact like a family, with some trying to protect us while others carry burdens from past experiences. Schwartz emphasizes that beyond these parts exists the Self, a core of compassion, curiosity, and calmness.
“You have a Self, and other parts, like little inner personalities, that are trying their best to help you survive, even when they seem to be working against you.”

I’m leading a class this Monday to teach you how to get your parts aligned, extraordinarily aligned, so you can reach the goals you set for yourself.
You will leave with the top 5 priorities and purposes in your life for the year. I call these Alignment Metrics.
All year, you use these to make decisions. All of a sudden everything becomes clear. Every friend, colleague, and client I’ve walked through this process has the same experience, they feel clear and have no trouble saying “No” to things anymore.
Every decision is held up to your personalized Alignment Metrics and if it doesn’t align, it’s off the table.
This is one of the main ways I create massive focus in my life. This also takes out confusion and internal conflict. We are made up of many parts. When your parts are conflicting you will not reach your goals. Most people don’t know how to get ALL THEIR PARTS on board with their most important goals. This creates mayhem as background parts will sabotage your progress because they were never on board with the goal in the first place. Join us if you want to figure out yours.
Please be on time and stay for the entire event. There will be a workshop time and then we will do breakouts so plan to have your video on and be undistracted. This is a participatory event. You cannot finish your Alignment Metrics without the breakout portion of the class.
The workshop is on Monday, December 23rd at 6 pm ET. I will finish the workshop no later than 7:20 pm ET. Here's the link to the Zoom room:
